Goodrich went beyond their role to ensure our project’s successful delivery in the face of some challenging circumstances. The occupier took early access to the warehouse in month 5 which had the potential to cause real issues, but Goodrich successfully mitigated the risks and ensured the tenant could fit out alongside the contractor’s work without problem. We were grateful for Goodrich’s involvement.
