Not every client needs the leadership of our project management team, but they do need our support in providing structure, advice and administering the contract

Service Overview

At Goodrich Consulting we like to think of our employer’s agent service as project management-light.  We ensure the project is structured correctly and that the investment value of the scheme is protected.  The role involves the administering of the contract and completion of all appointments, warranties and other key legal documents.  In addition, we will organise, chair and record meetings and key events.

As employer’s agent we are there to support, advise and organise.  Depending on the requirement the role will be fulfilled by one of our senior project managers or quantity surveyors, with backup support from the technical and admin teams.
