Project Overview

We have been appointed as project manager, cost consultants and CDM-PD on the Pilgrims Pre-School, Primary School project

The scheme includes a new build pre-school along with refurbishment to the secondary school areas within the existing building.

The aim is to create a more spacious and flexible working environment for staff and pupils throughout all key stages of the school. The project is at concept stage and we aim to have a planning application submitted this summer with works commencing on site in the New Year.
