Works are now underway on site in Witney, Oxfordshire for Carbide Properties Ltd. Tungsten Park, Witney is a 25-acre consented development site, strategically situated 500 m from a new junction of the A40, allowing easy access to Oxford and the surrounding area.
The project consists of 7 high-grade warehouse and industrial units. The units vary in size from 15,000 sq ft to 125,442 sq ft and collectively total 289,442 sq ft. The development is programmed over 58 weeks and is due to complete in February 2021.
