New Infrastructure Works in Durham

Phase 1 of the Infrastructure works at the Integra 61 development in Durham were completed during November 2019. Goodrich were Project Managers for this enabling project which involved the construction of two new roundabouts and roads. Demolition of existing buildings and the removal of farm tracks was required in advance of the construction work, which also involved the diversion and provision of new multi utility, electricity, gas and water services.  These enabling works have been carried out to prepare the plots for future Industrial development at #integra61
