We are a privately owned, growing business where our team can develop their careers and their achievements are recognised and well rewarded, and we present a new and exciting opportunity for a Project Surveyor / Senior Project Surveyor to join our team, based in or around the Birmingham, Bristol or Northampton areas.
Our ideal candidate:
- Experienced Project / Senior Project Surveyor (minimum 2 years) with a client-side background
- Experience within the industrial, education and / or multi-room sectors desirable but not essential for the right candidate
- Candidates will either have achieved a professional qualification or be working towards achieving one. Goodrich have a strong record of supporting candidates through both the RICS and MCIOB route to chartership
- Able to work both individually but also as part of a team
- A natural drive to succeed – Goodrich want to achieve great things
- A self-starter attitude. Nothing is given and you will need to be determined, motivated and able to think creatively using initiative
