To help us understand where we are today and how we can keep building on our culture, we partnered with Investors in People. Our teams took part in workshops, anonymous interviews and surveys, giving us honest and transparent feedback that highlighted both our strengths and the areas where we can improve.
What the feedback told us
The assessment highlighted several key themes:

Learning and development – Opportunities for professional growth are accessible, valued, and embedded in our culture, from CPD sessions to Degree Apprenticeships.
Culture and wellbeing – Above all, our people enjoy working at Goodrich and feel part of something positive. Many said they’d recommend us as a great place to work, which is one of the strongest endorsements we could hope for!
Achieving the Investors in People accreditation is an important milestone, but we know there is always more we can do to develop our people, strengthen communication, and continue building a culture where everyone feels valued and inspired.
