The industrial development on Stilebrook Road, Olney has completed. Site consisted of one single 16,000 sq ft unit and a bank of four 2,500 sq ft units providing industrial space in the area. Darby Group were the Developer, with Traka as the incoming tenant. The base-build was completed on 27th March 2020 and the fit-out on 26th June 2020. The Main Contractor was Lodge Park, who successfully traversed the lockdown period to keep the project on programme. Thanks to pHp and MBA for their design work on both elements of the build.
