Sectional Completion in Salisbury for Bidfood

This week saw the sectional completion of Phase 3 of the new extension and refurbishment of an existing depot for Bidfood in Salisbury.

The project comprises the remodelling of the existing operational warehouse depot and a new extension to facilitate cold store and ambient warehousing.

Phase 3 of 5 stages of this project saw the installation of the new freezer box for the existing depot. We are now entering the final phases of the current scheme which will involve demolition of the old chill box and development of a new chill marshall and associated docking bays with new warehouse offices.  We are working closely with the contractor to achieve overall completion in summer 2020.

This is our fourth project providing project management and quantity surveying services for Bidfood and we are working on the fifth development, a new 4,845 sq ft headquarters in Manchester.
