Works are progressing well on site on the new 40,000 sq ft industrial unit with integral offices in Europarks, Rugby for Richard Utley Limited.
The new warehouse scheme started on site in December 2019, external cladding is almost complete and preparation to pour the internal concrete floor slab is well underway. Warwick Burt Construction are working hard to achieve a Summer 2020 completion.
The project is set to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.”
