Plot 4020A at London Gateway for DP World is complete! The project reached practical completion on Friday 3rd April 2020.
The scheme which is a 94,000 sq ft industrial unit incorporating 21,500 sq ft of office space over three floors completed on target thanks to the hard work and input of the whole team.
The warehouse facility is ready to accommodate international multi-modal transport operators, Ziegler UK. The project achieved a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating and an EPC rating ‘A’.
