We are delighted to announce that we have officially completed on Phase 300, Unit 310 Proxima Park in Waterlooville for Equation Properties.
The project is part of a 5-unit scheme totalling 445,000 sq ft. Unit 310 on Phase 300 comprises a single storey 45,000 sq ft warehouse unit with two-storey offices and a 10-metre haunch height. Works also included a new access road extending to Unit 320 of Phase 300 and onto Phase 400. Works started on site in June 2019 and completed on time for the Tenant, Coopers Fire, to move in.
Completion of Phase 100 of the scheme is imminent.
Other live developments for Equation Properties are progressing well in Braintree, Bedford and Wallingford.
