Time-lapse just in at London Gateway Plot 1080

We were appointed as project managers and quantity surveyors on three additional ambient warehouse schemes for DP World at London Gateway.  The latest development to complete is the new 220,000 sq ft distribution facility on Plot 1080 which completed in December 2019.  Plot 4020A is a 94,756 sq ft warehouse that has started on site currently undergoing piling operations.  Plot 4020B is 77,698 sq ft scheme and is due to start on site in January 2020.
