A new national sortation hub, 189,450 sq ft parcel hub and 32,500 sq ft detached three storey offices
The site was a former Peugeot car factory. The development itself has 164 docks and van loading doors and a 50 metre clear span portal frame building. The unit is fitted out with a high specification Crisplant sorting machinery.
