The project involved the demolition of an existing unit to give optimum use of the site. The site is in a prime location with transport links to the M1 and M6 intersection, with quick access to the A14. The office space includes generous two storey offices and a distribution office.
Photo voltaic panels are installed on the roof, achieving a 10% energy betterment over Building Regulations. The building achieved an EPC ‘A’ rating.
