Goodrich assisted with the due diligence required to select the most appropriate plot of land for development. An orchard was planted at the back of the pitches to supply the school with organic produce for school dinners. The project included extensive highways and utility moves to open up the land locked site. Three new ponds were also created along with log piles and hibernacula’s to encourage wildlife back to the area following the works.
