Goodrich was appointed as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor on the renovation of the existing kitchen, servery and extension to the dining hall area of Marymount Boarding School.
This was a fast track project with Goodrich being appointed in January 2015 and the remaining Design Team assembled quickly alongside the Client. Planning Permission was submitted in time to achieve approval in early May. A two stage tender process was recommended to appoint a Contractor at the earliest opportunity with works due to commence in mid-June.
The programme was extremely tight with a ten week works window available to complete in time for the start of the new school year in September 2015. However, with good team work and clear direction the works were completed on time and as you can see from the before and after photographs, the standard and quality of works is second to none.
